Had the pleasure of working on Britains got talent with Simon Cowell, such a gentleman.Although i was there to do Simon’s Hair and Makeup i also met Amanda Holden and Piers Morgan.

What a lovely girl, very beautiful and very down to earth. The photos we did look amazing.

At last the spread we did for OK! mag has come out, worth the wait.

SLAP! Was set up by industry professionals Julia Bolino and Katie Readman in 2009.

Julia started in fashion as model in the 1980’s appearing in videos such as Robert Palmers ‘Addicted to Love’ video, the Pirelli calendar, commercials and fashion stories.

She started her career in make up with an apprenticeship with top make up artist Daniel Sandler going it alone after two years she has enjoyed a successful career for 20 yrs doing fashion nand celebrity shoots, fashion shows as well as travelling all over the world.

Katie

In the late 90’s after obtaining a degree at Art collage Katie went on to be become a graphic designer working in the music industry.

Wanting to follow her dream of being a make up artist and use her drawing skills and passion for the fashion industry she launched her new career.

Since then she has built up her portfolio and client base set up Slap! and is an expert on vogue TV, working on fashion shows and commercials.

We have created SLAP! To provide the same service that we have been providing our celebrity clients for years, a bespoke, high end at home make up service offering tuition in a relaxed and informal way.

‘Our aim is too teach anyone how too fulfil their potential with our knowledge and tuition to look and feel 100% more confident every day.

We are not anti surgery but feel that it should be a last resort, and are confident that with our guidance any women can look ten years younger with just the right skin care and make up.’

As well as one to one tuition we also do make up parties to suit any individual. This has proved very successful with groups of up to twelve.

Monday morning kicks off the week with the very nice jodie Kidd sitting side sadle on a white horse in full length Issa dress-gorgeous.I used a bright red lippie,40’s style eyeliner and lashings of mascara, we topped off the look with a beautiful Panama hat designed by the amazing Cosmo Jinks, who  has asked me to join her at her house in the country to shoot her new collection,roll on summer!
